I’m an EA turned VA (Virtual Assistant) with over 30 years of hands-on life experience, working with Executive Management teams, running offices, writing policy and procedures, wrangling product databases and helping clients win grant and funding applications.

In 2016, I started Active Admin & Business Solutions and work with clients from private businesses, retail and the Not for profit sectors.

As a natural organiser, my passion lies in bringing calm to chaos by creating policies and procedures, nutting out processes to streamline businesses, and finding the best ways to do business-related things.

In my downtime, you’ll find me reading real books (the kind you hold in your hand), doing handcrafts like sewing and knitting, defeating puzzles, jigsaws and brainteasers, and sharing a laugh with anyone around me.
